The Batavia Chamber of Commerce will host its annual State of the Community event on Thursday, November 6, offering residents, businesses, and local organizations an opportunity to learn about Batavia’s accomplishments over the past year and hear what’s ahead for 2026.
Community leaders will share updates and future plans from Batavia’s key institutions, including:
- Tom Kim, Superintendent, Batavia Public School District 101 
- Allison Niemela, Executive Director, Batavia Park District 
- Josephine Tucci, Executive Director, Batavia Public Library 
- Jeffery D. Schielke, Mayor, City of Batavia 
The event will take place at The Holmstad, 700 W. Fabyan Parkway. Check-in begins at 7 a.m., breakfast will be served at 7:15 a.m., and the program starts at 7:20 a.m.
Tickets are $40 for Batavia Chamber of Commerce members and $50 for non-members and guests.
