2. Block Party Permit Request

   Please fill out the complete form below and submit it by email. If your permit is granted, the party must be removed from the street by dusk. 

   Barricades will be delivered by the City of Batavia Street Department prior to your party and picked up after the party. It is the responsibility of the party hosts or organizers to set up and take down the barricades. 

   Please note: The City of Batavia has an ordinance prohibiting the consumption or possession of open containers of alcoholic beverages on public streets.
