Is there a senior rate?

Yes. Residents age 65 or older can receive a discounted rate for the 35 gallon cart only. Sen-ior residents have two options to provide proof. Send proof of age to batavia@groot.com or visit the City of Batavia Utility Billing office located at 100 N Island Ave, show them proof of your age and the City will communicate the information to Groot.
