Garbage/Refuse, Recycling, and Yard Waste Collection Information

The City of Batavia has a contract with Advanced Disposal Services, Inc./Veolia Environmental Services to provide weekly garbage/refuse and recycling collection for its residents. To report missed pickups, please contact Advanced Disposal/Veolia ES at 630-587-8282 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If Advanced Disposal/Veolia does not resolve your issue to your satisfaction or if you have any questions, please contact Batavia Public Works Street Division at 630-454-2400.
