The Batavia City Council passed Ordinance 08-45 on December 1, 2008 to revise the City's regulations on open burning. The regulations are now based on the ICC International Fire Code/2006, as amended by the Council.
The regulations provided here replace those that were formerly specified in Chapter 7 of the Batavia Municipal Code.
