The Public Works Department is comprised of four major divisions:

Street, Water, Electric, and Wastewater Treatment.

 

All divisions work together for one common goal: To provide services vital to the quality of life of our citizens in the most efficient and economic manner possible

 

The Public Works Department is a member of the Illinois Public Works Mutual Aid Network (IPWMAN).  IPWMAN provides emergency aid to public works agencies throughout the state.
