Pay-Per-Read Meter Reader<\/u><\/b><\/font><\/p> The City of Batavia is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Pay-Per-Read Meter Reader. Position involves responsible fieldwork in reading water and electric meters and recording consumption and usage. Work involves responsibility for accurately reading and recording the water and electric consumption of residential, commercial, and industrial utility customers. Work requires public contact in gaining access to properties and answering inquiries. Work is usually performed on foot. Accuracy of work is checked through the review of completed readings. Successful candidates will be capable of performing a variety of physical tasks in all types of weather.<\/P>\n <\/P>\n H.S.
