Variance from a required side setback at 861 Ravinia Court

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons concerned that on the 5th day of June, 2019 at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 100 North Island Avenue, Batavia Illinois, the Batavia Zoning of Board Appeals will meet and a Public Hearing will be held pursuant to Chapter 5.6 of the Batavia Zoning Code to consider an application for a variance to the Batavia Zoning Code (City Code Title 10).  The requested variance is from Zoning Code Table 2.104 to allow an addition to the residence to be setback 9.35 feet from the east side property line rather than the required 12 feet.  

The subject property is located at 861 Ravinia Court, Batavia, IL (PIN 12-23-454-042).  The applicant and property owners are Benjamin Wakefield and Anique Drouin.  All interested persons, and in particular, adjacent property owners, are invited to attend said Hearing.  Questions can be directed to the City of Batavia Community Development Department at 630-454-2700.
